Rainbow City Walking Path

Located at the rear of the Lee Sports Complex, the Rainbow City Walking Path is a paved, .8 mile loop surrounded by woods. A Professional Disc Golf Association 18-hole course is located inside the perimeter of the trail. A small lake is located in the perimeter along with a picnic pavilion.

For a longer walk/ride, the trail connects with the John Jones Elementary School walking path that runs alongside Lumley Rd. That section adds another mile. Also, the track at Rainbow Middle School is accessible from this path and it has lights for nighttime journeys. Very near the walking path, you’ll find one of the oldest cemeteries in Rainbow City, too.
