The trail is considered a difficult trail with some grade and/or rough terrain.

Lake Trail

The Lake Trail is approximately 1 mile long and connects Cheaha Lake to Rock Garden. This trail has a more than 1,000 foot elevation change in the first 1/2 mile. This trail is very steep and rugged. It is a fun and challenging trail, but make sure you have proper footwear.
