The Scottsboro City Park Walking Trail is located on an 18 acre public park facility owned by the City of Scottsboro. The one way trail is a mile long and 6 feet wide. It winds along the shores of the Tennessee River/Guntersville Lake. It offers daily visitors an opportunity to exercise and enjoy the scenic and quiet beauty of the area. Picnic benches are located partially along the way and convenient to parking. Trail head parking makes the trail convenient for a leisurely walk or more vigorous run. The trail was constructed in 2003 with an addition in 2006, both with Recreational Trails Program grants. Courtesy: American Trails

The park is located on Lake Guntersville in the Roseberry Creek area. It is available for use daily from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Courtesy: City of Scottsboro
